What is the store return policy?

We allow returns ONLY if the product is UNOPENED. Items may be returned to Linda's Creative Gifts within 14 days from the date of purchase and 14 days from the date of receipt if ordered online. Some exceptions may apply including food items which are not returnable. Shipping costs for returns is the customer's responsibility unless there was an error on our part.

What is the best way for me to place an order?

Call us at 908-473-0982 during store hours. One of our staff will be happy to take your order. Please have your credit card handy. After hours, you may email us from our contact page and we will call you as soon as we reopen or whatever time you prefer. Just let us know!

Can I purchase a Gift Card to your store?

Yes! We have gift cards available in-store or you may order one by phone. If needed, we can mail it directly to the recipient on your behalf.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, checks, Venmo and cash. As a small business we prefer cash for in-store purchases to keep our credit card fees low. :)

Do you gift wrap?

We do offer free gift wrapping upon request!

Do you ship products?

We do offer shipping for all our products. The cost for shipping depends on the package weight and distance of the receiving address.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We will deliver your purchase within 5 miles of the store for only $5.00!

What are loyalty points and how are they used?

For every dollar spent you will receive one loyalty point. Once you earn 500 points, you will receive a $5.00 Off coupon for use on your next purchase.

What is a Wish Tray and how can I get one?

A Wish Tray is our own store registry. Come in, put all the items you would like to receive for your birthday, anniversary, Mother's Day and more. Send your family/friends in within a week and they get to shop from your tray! You get exactly what you want and no one has to guess what you like! Everyone wins.

Can I sell my products in your store?

How can I determine your in-stock quantity?

Most items are limited in quantity, particularly the handmade items which are usually one-of-a-kind. There are exceptions however and we advise you to call us for inventory verification.
